We created a website for a car charter service. Although tours and car charter services had been offered before, opening a website to attract customers was a first attempt. In terms of attracting customers through a website, it was truly a zero-to-one project.
Immediately after launch, inquiries steadily increased, and during peak season, several bookings were made per day. Even in the worst-case scenario, around 30 bookings were received per month, transforming the situation from one relying solely on word-of-mouth to a scale where full-fledged business development could be pursued.
Given this situation right after launch, there is potential for business expansion if we seriously focus on content marketing, such as updating blog articles. We will continue to disseminate content and build a strong foundation for online marketing.
We were able to create a funnel to acquire a large number of customers with no prior connection for the car charter service business, which had previously operated solely through referrals, thereby expanding our customer acquisition reach.
Our company was responsible for all areas, including site planning and design, coding, and marketing strategy. Therefore, we conducted research to determine which design and structure would be most attractive and easily accessible from search engines. We then designed based on those findings.
It was particularly important how to integrate with existing social media, and how to attract completely new customers, rather than just having social media customers book directly on the site.

The project was completed in 1 to 1.5 months. Having visited Bali before, we understood the environment and needs. The cooperation of local workers also helped us lay the groundwork for the strategy, leading to a smooth launch and successful results.
Regarding the estimated budget, for a site of this scale, a simple quote (not a monthly subscription) for future production would be approximately 500,000 to 1,000,000 JPY.
This time, we did not include animations but focused on thorough research and testing. When implementing measures primarily aimed at increasing sales, understanding the market and users through research and interviews is far more crucial than just the presentation.
